7 BIBLE ROOTED PRAYERS FOR A CHANGE OF STORY
The
message of today centers on how to optimize your prayer. Many purple have
prayed a lot of prayers, if they have gotten results from of this prayers, they
should have been in higher level than they are now. The message nightlights the
composition of an effective prayers that can receive instant answers. Also, the
message teaches on seven major types of prayers one can pray to get speedy
answers.
7 Bible Rooted Prayers For A Change of
Story
"Confess your faults one to another, and pray
one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth
much"{James 5:16}
The
effectual fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much.
In another translation; The prayer of a righteous man does wonders.
In another translation; The heartfelt prayer of the redeem will create what was not
there before.
In another translation; The agonizing cry of a child of God will move God to do the
impossible.

There are
prayers and there are prayers
Some can
receive God attention immediately God will mobile the angels to start work
immediately

days during the time of the great apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola.
There was
a day, he was praying with some pastors. It got to a point the man s feet was
moving up from the ground. It was one of the men around that open his eye and
saw him. He had to run and pull him down
Effectual prayer of the
righteous performs wonders
It is
very possible to see results of prayers immediately.
The other
way round, there are also some prayers that go up and come back without result.
Some people
can shout, sweat and do a lot of exercise but it returns no result.
I pray; Your prayers shall not become noise to heaven in the name of Jesus
Think of this,
If all your prayers that you have prayed since you become born again,
have been answered, then you should not be at this position; Your life ought
to be better than this.

The truth
is that, you can always receive answer to your prayers, heaven can respond to
your prayers instantly.
There was
a 70 years man that was given a
testimony. He said that, Since he had been serving God for over 45 years, he
cannot remember one prayer he had prayed and he did not receive answers.
When a child of God prays; God gives replies in three ways.
1. YES. Receive it
God tools
Hezekiah that he was going to die. Hezekiah then prayed and he got reply of YES that God had added to his years 10
more years.
2. NO. You cannot have it.
Moses prayed to God that he should enter into
the promise land
He begged
v and fasted, but God said NO
3. WAIT. It is not time yet.
"And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou
not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And
white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for
a little season, until their fellow servants also and their
brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. " {Rev
6:10-11}
This
people prayed to God for vengeance but God said wait, you will have it but not
now.
God
requires that we tender our supplications to Him in prayers.
Without
our payers, God might be handicap.
God does
not respond to our needs, he respond to our cries.
"Call
unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew
thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." {Jer 33:3}
Prayer
gives God a legal right to intervene in our situation.
The
faithfulness of God in answering our prayers must not be doubted.
Many at
times, people pray and they believe God has the power to do all things but
because nothing is happening they begin to doubt God in their own situation.
It is a
strategy of the enemy to make beloved to lose faith in the prayers that they
are praying.
Illustration Story
A man
came for prayers, he wanted to go for a job interview.
I told
him that God has given him a place in that organization.
At the
interview panel, they told him they could not take him into the company. He
came back to me disappointed.

I ask him
to go back to the company. He went back there but instead of giving him job, he
was thrown out.
He can
back to me and I told him to go back. He argued and reluctantly went back for
the third time.
The third
time, it was at the gate that he was beaten up and sent out of the company. I
still ask him to go the fourth time.
This time
they threaten to hand him over to the police if he comes again.
When he
came back to me he said I should just pray that God should provide him a job in
another place and not this place they rejected him. I told him God had given
you a place in that company, you must return back there.
When he
went back the fifth time, he was at the gate when he met the owner of the
company. He told him he has been coming to the company for give time that he its being rejected. The
man asked for his credential and he was apprise that he was rejected. He was
given the employment in that organization instantly, after several rejection.
I decree, Places where you have be rejected, you shall be accepted in the
name of Jesus.
For your prayers to
always get answers, it must be rooted in ten spiritual ingredients
1. Relationship: You must have a
relationship with God. God must not see you as a stranger.
You are not a child of God because you come to church but when
you accept Him
2. Boldness: Be bold
in the prayers
Heb 4:16
We must
come boldly to the place of prayers
This is
because the devil is an expert resort in intimidating people at the place of
prayer.
The devil
wants to shut you
Part of the things the devil used in
intimidating people at the place of prayer is telling them:
ü They are not spiritual
ü They are not Anointed
ü Look at Your past life
ü You are dirty
ü God can't answer you
ü You are a nobody
3. Holiness and Righteousness
Prayer of
sinner is an abomination unto God
God hands
is not too short that it cannot save. It is sin
It it's your
iniquity that had separated you
It it's

when heaven will hear.
4. Joy
The vine is dried up, fig destroyed, because,
joy is withered
"The vine is
dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree
also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered:
because joy is withered away from the sons of men."{Joel 1:12}
Without
Joy there can be no fruitfulness
"Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of
the wells of salvation."{Isa
12:3}
Don't
come to his presence in sadness; approach with Joy.
5. Thanksgiving
Jesus
usually give thanks. His Prayers are rooted in Thanksgiving
He prayed
at the tomb of Lazarus by first giving thanks.
When He
was giving five loaves of bread, He didn't complain , He thanked God.
Illustration Story
One
daughter of mine in the north called me in the middle of night at around 4am. She
complained bitterly crying and said “nothing is working” . I told her; “I can
show to you ten things that her working”
I asked
her; Are you holding your phone with your phone ? it means your hand is
working. What of your mount? Your eyes ?
and so on.
With
these words, she was able to see and appreciate God; She said she will not cry
again.
Do you
know that you that go to the toilet with ease is a testimony.
Many go
to the toilet, struggle hard and nothing comes out
Always
give thanks to God
6. Forgiveness
"And when ye
stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father
also which is in heaven may forgive
you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father
which is in heaven forgive your trespasses." {Mark
11:25-26}
One way to receive forgiveness of sins without confession is
forgiving those that offend you.
Forgiveness breaks the backbone of enemy.
7.
Prayer rooted in the name of Jesus
Prayers
you don't start and end in the name of Jesus is a waste of saliva
I was Somewhere,
a man prayed “akoba adaba, olorun maje ari”
the people around said amen and I kept shut.
This is
because; any the prayer did not have Jesus at the center.
Jesus
told us, what forever you ask in my name, I will do it.
"And in that day ye shall ask me nothing.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name,
he will give it you."{John
16:23}
8. Faith
You
always receive according to your faith; Not according to the volume of your
prayer
The just
shall live by faith
9. Complete Obedience
Partial
obedience is disobedience; God will honor the prayer of the obedient.
10. Prayer must be rooted in the word of God
"For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in
heaven."{Psalm
119:89}
The word
of God is settled; It is established and unchangeable.
Jesus
never said, something and say it is a mistake that He didn’t mean it. This is
because His word is settled.
When
you settle with the settled word the settled word will settle you

based and rooted prayer works so well.
Jesus prayed
the “it
is written prayers” and it
worked.
7 Bible Rooted Prayers
Prayer 1: Prayer of Deliverance From Strong Enemies &
Haters.

"He
delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were
too strong for me."{Psalm
18:17}
This is God
rescuing you from strong enemies and those who hatred you
Prayer 2: Prayer of Rearrangement.

"In the
beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form,
and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God
moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there
was light.“{Gen 1:1-3}
This is a
prayer of rearrangement.
Rearranging
your life to overcome emptiness, confusion and darkness.
Prayer 3: Prayer of Intimacy with God.

"And this I pray, that your love may abound yet
more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;"{Phil 1:9}
It is a Prayer
to get closer to God; It will destroy your ignorance and makes God to move
closer to you.
You will
now understand God better and have confidence to confront the enemy.
Prayer 4: Prayer of Destruction of the Weapons of the Enemy.

" Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou
shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel." {Psalm 2:9}
Prayer of
total destruction of the weapons of the enemy fashioned against you. It destroy
their confidence boosting assist you. It paralyzes the enemy.
