Connecting To the Secret of Power
More than any other time, the world has become wicked the more,
people have become much more callous. That people laugh with you does not mean
they are happy with you. The more successful you are the more enemies you
gather. The wicked ones have successfully caged the breakthroughs of many,
limited several potentials and killed many testimonies. There is great need to
know the secret of survival in these times; to know the strategy of not been
suppressed and how to shine in the midst of wolves and flourish; this strategy
is power;
the raw
power of God.
Connecting to the secret of Power
There is
need to connect to the power of God. What this generation needs is the
primitive raw power of God.
Enemies
have succeeded in diverting people’s blessings and keeping them at the bottom
while they remain at the top. More than any other time, we as children of God
need to acquire the raw power of God.

The Bible
says; the Devil looking for whom to devour. {1 Pet 5:8}
In these
times, it is not more of eschatology we need, , it is not more of theology we
need, what we need now is the power of
God.
We have enough knowledge, but we are
not using the knowledge to generate enough power as we should.
"God
hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God." {Psalm
62:11}
As
Christian, we are supposed to hear the word more than once. You should hear the
word severally so that you can connect to the power in that word
The scriptures
declares; Power belongs to God. This implies that power
does not belong to the occult, herbalist, scientist our the witches; Power
belongs to God
You are a child of God, so why must you lack the power what
belongs to your father.
It is
written that you should ask and you shall be given.
ü You must need tired of religion without power.
ü You need to be tired of speaking tongues that don't have power.
ü You need to be tired of being a Christian with no power.
It is a
different thing to be baptized buy you need a frequent refilling of the Holy
Ghost
"For
the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power." {1
Cor 4:20}
The
kingdom of God is not about story; it is the evidence that is seen in your life
that will make others move close to God. It is your testimony that people want
to see.
There are
some Christians that the devil cannot mess around with.
When the
devil knows you are always ready, whether in the dream, night, noon you are
battle ready, the devil will be afraid to mess around with you.
Consequence of
Powerlessness
v Being dragged
backwards.
v Roaming about at evil
bus stop.
v Overstayed on a level.
v Working at minimum
instead of maximum.
v Talented but
neglected.
v Faithful but not
rewarded.
v Beautiful but not chosen.
You
need power for a change
Power is not a luxury but the need of this time
"But
ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye
shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in
Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." {Acts
1:8}
It is
important that every Christian is baptized with the evidence of speaking in
tongues.
Evidence of
Powerlessness
ü Pray for a short time.
ü Lack of interest in spiritual things.

People that manifested
the power of God
Ø Moses encountered God in
the burning bush and His life never remains the same. It encountered the Power
on God
Your
problem is not the wickedness of the devil; it is because you don't have
sufficient power to conquer; what you need is to receive that power.
Ø Elijah declared
that instead of him to come down, let fire fall.
Elijah
destroyed the prophet of baa in a contest
Jesus had already defeated Satan for
you, but is left for you to personalize it into your life

You can read the Bible, Go to church and still remain Powerless
No matter
what level you are, you need the Power of God. You may be contractors, student,
doctor, you need that part.
The world
has become more devilish than you can imagine.
ü You have devilish student that will make their bright
contemporary sleep off.
ü Some contractors consult some shrine to compete for contract.
If
you are a neutral Christian and you want to compete in this kind of desperate
wicked world without the power of God; It is suicidal.

The world we live in, is a battle field; it is a warfare not
fanfare
What is Power?
Ø Power is the capacity
to rule over powers that want to rule you.
Such powers like Sickness, afflictions, poverty, curses and so on should not be
allowed to prevail.
Ø Power is capacity to have
dominion.

Ø The more of the
anointing the more of the power
It is written; and the burden shall be lifted off your shoulder
and the yoke shall be broken because of the anointing. {Isa 10:27}
Ø Powers makes your
enemies to submit
Ø Power is your
capacity to influence
Elijah declared that there shall be no rain in the city and it
was so.
Ø Power is your
Capacity to manifest signs and wonders
It its
power that that can convinced people quickly
Why do you need power?
1.
So that the enemy will not waste you.
When there is no power, a man’s life can be wasted, his business
can be wasted, his children can be wasted even his entire career can be wasted.
You need
to get power, in order to escape the wickedness of this world
"Have
respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the
habitations of cruelty." {Psalm 74:20}
There is Family
wickedness, Environmental wickedness and many other.
"And
we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness." {1 John 5:19}
The enemy
can pretend, they can smile but wickedness is in their hearth
Strategies of the
wicked
"And
when the child was grown, it fell on a day, that he went out to his father to
the reapers. And he said unto his father, My head, my head. And he said to a
lad, Carry him to his mother. And when he had taken him, and brought him to his
mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died." {2
Kings 4:18-20}
v There are some powers that wait for people to grow before they
attack.
v Some wait for one to achieve greatness and prosperity before they
invoke destruction. This shall not be your lot in Jesus name.
We have seen much wickedness.
Ø Husband and wife sleeping on the same bed when some powers fired
an arrow of insanity on the husband. He stood up beside his wife, open the door
in the middle of the night, and walked out naked.
Ø A wife ran mad on the day of her wedding.

Ø Woman dream that they poured hot oil on her best in the dream.
When she wakes up, pain began and the doctor says it is breast cancer.
Ø Some use strange money to make a person wealth disappear.
Ø Some device enchantment to steal other people virtues and
blessings (Esther 3)
How to connect to the
secret of Power
1. You need to born again
"Therefore
if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold
all things are become new.” {2 Cor 5:17}
2. Baptism of the Holy Ghost

4. Prayer. This is the
secret of Power
Powerlessness gives the enemy the right
to operate freely.
5. Word of God (Heb 4:12)
6. Humility

Powers! controlling my
life negatively, die by Fire in the name of Jesus.
