𝔹𝕀𝔹𝕃𝔼 𝕀ℕ 𝕆ℕ𝔼 𝕐𝔼𝔸ℝ: Isaiah 19, Isaiah 20, Mark 1, Mark 2
𝔽𝕀ℝ𝔼 𝕊ℂℝ𝕀ℙ𝕋𝕌ℝ𝔼: John 14:6-7
𝕄𝔼𝕄𝕆ℝ𝕐 𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕊𝔼:
Acts 4:12 - "Neither is
there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given
among men, whereby we must be saved."
𝕄𝕆𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:
You cannot know the Way more than
the Way, Jesus Christ.
ℙℝ𝔸𝕀𝕊𝔼 & 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝕊ℍ𝕀ℙ
ℙℝ𝕆ℙℍ𝔼𝕋𝕀ℂ 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝔻 𝔽𝕆ℝ 𝕋𝕆𝔻𝔸𝕐:
𝗜 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗢𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗘, 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕄𝔼𝕊𝕊𝔸𝔾𝔼:
We are starting this discourse today by looking at Jesus, the Way.
It is a known fact that for a person to get to his destination, he must know
the way, else he or she will go in the wrong direction that leads to the wrong
destination or impending danger. Only a fool will set on a journey without
knowing the way, or having someone who is leading or showing the way. For
humans, we have the roadmap, which is the compass that helps navigate easily to
the destination.
Today, with the emergence of technology, we have our GPS or the
Google map that helps us in driving through and safely to our destination.
Unfortunately, no human gadget or invention can lead us to heaven or to have a
knowledge and definite relationship with our heavenly Father. The only person that knows and can show us the Way, and lead us through is Jesus! He is the Son
of the living God and the express image of God. Do you want to know God and how
to reach Him? Then you must know Jesus and establish an intimate relationship
with Him. He is the Way to eternity with God!
Jesus recorded a lot of "I am" in scriptures; a
pronouncement that emphasizes His identity and His purpose on earth without any
doubt or misgiving. One of them is found in our Fire Scripture today, "I
am the way, the truth, and the life..." In another chapter, He said, "I
am the door...." The way and the door are clear indications of points of
entry. The way and the door to the kingdom of God is through Jesus. He also
stated the fact that nobody can get to the Father except through Him. What
other clarification or confirmation do we need? It is said by Jesus Himself, that hence no cause for arguments.
Have you encountered Jesus, or you are yet to do so? He alone can
show and lead the way to the Father through salvation in Him. Every other way
is a way unto perdition and destruction. The Bible talks about the narrow and
the broad ways; one leads to heaven while the other to hell. Unfortunately, the
narrow way is less populated while the broad way is jammed with multitude of
people. Choose Jesus the Way today!
ℙℝ𝔸𝕐𝔼ℝ ℙ𝕆𝕀ℕ𝕋𝕊:
𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
1. If I have been walking on the
wrong way, Lord Jesus, deliver me and reroute me.
2. I reject every attraction to
the wrong way, by the power in the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
3. Agenda of satan to rubbish my salvation,
fail woefully, in the name of Jesus.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. O God, arise and help me to be
focused on the Way, in the name of Jesus.
5. Evil diversion and
distraction, my life is not your candidate, clear away, in the name of Jesus.
6. Activities of the flesh, the
world and satan to make me lose my focus from the Way, die, die, die in my
life, in the name of Jesus.
7. O God, arise in Your power;
establish me in the Way, in the name of Jesus.
