1 Peter 5:7 - "Casting all your
care upon him; for he careth for you."
𝕄𝕆𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:
You don't have to carry around the
burden of pain. Allow Jesus to heal your heart.

ℙℝ𝕆ℙℍ𝔼𝕋𝕀ℂ 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝔻 𝔽𝕆ℝ 𝕋𝕆𝔻𝔸𝕐:
𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬.
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕄𝔼𝕊𝕊𝔸𝔾𝔼:
Joy had been raped at
a young age and she carried the burden all around. The burden caused her
agonising pain in her heart. This made her look older than her age and
unapproachable.
Just like joy, at
some point in the journey of life and destiny, we might experience moments of
pain and anguish, moments when our hearts are heavy with loads of grief,
distress and sadness. In the midst of all these, we should always be aware that
God is with us. He does not abandon us with our wounds; rather, He steps into
our lives, heals our broken hearts and binds up our wound.
Beloved, the Lord
cares so much about you. That you go through a dark phase doesn't mean you are
forgotten. Are you presently in the darkest moment of your life? Do you carry
the burden of pain in your heart? The Bible in the book of Matthew 11:28 says:
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you
rest." Allow Jesus to heal your wounds. Pour out your heart to Him. He
wants you to trust and cast your burden upon Him and He would surely grant you
the grace you need to scale through this phase victoriously!
Joy encountered this
kind of word and she invited Jesus, the Balm of Gilead, into her life. She
encountered Christ genuinely and was healed.
People bear pain and
agony for many reasons: (1) Bereavement or the loss of a loved one. This was
what David experienced when Saul and Jonathan died. (2) Failed courtship or
being jilted by a partner during courtship (3) Separation or divorce (4) The
pain of a terminal illness like cancer (5) The attack and agony of an incurable
disease like sickle cell anaemia (6) Financial lack and indebtedness (7) Sudden
loss of one's valuables to accident, shipwreck, fire mishap, and so on. This
was what Job suffered. In the face of his trial, he said, "Though He slays
me, I will yet praise Him" (Job 13:15). Let that be your attitude too!
Beloved, Jesus still
bears balm for the wounded and still heals those who come to Him.

1. Thank You, Jesus, for caring so much
about me.
2. Father, I surrender all my burdens at
Your feet. Give me rest from them, in the name of Jesus.
3. Precious Jesus, heal my physical,
mental and spiritual wounds.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. Let the garment of praise replace the
spirit of heaviness in my life, in the name of Jesus.
5. Holy Ghost fire, melt away every
darkness of heaviness in my soul, in the name of Jesus.
6. Power of God, move my life from
strength to strength and from glory to glory, in the name of Jesus.
7. I cover myself with the blood of
Jesus, in the name of Jesus
