Hebrews
2:3 - "How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the
first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that
heard him."

ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:
Every
transgression and disobedience will receive a just recompense of reward --
Escape.

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘
𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗠
𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘, 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘
𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.
𝕋𝕙𝕖
𝕄𝔼𝕊𝕊𝔸𝔾𝔼:
The
great provision that God has made for the universe can be described in one word
'salvation'. It is the provision that God has made for bringing you back into
fellowship with Him and into the safety of the fold. He speaks of "such a
great salvation". This salvation is great because of the great love that
prompted it and provided it.
Salvation
cost God the best that He had. It cost Him the gift of His only Son. It cost
Him the gift of the Saviour who went to the cross to die for us. It is
dangerous to ignore the salvation that God has so graciously and freely
provided.
Are
you neglecting the salvation of your soul? The neglect of some things brings
only temporal consequences, but the neglect of the soul brings eternal
consequences. If you ignore God's provision for your soul's salvation, how will
you escape the consequences of such neglect? If anyone ignores and refuses the
only salvation that has been provided and that is available, how can he or she
possibly be saved? How will you escape if you ignore God's salvation? How will
you escape His wrath, His condemnation and His word of banishment.
God
is all-knowing and ever-present; no one can outsmart Him or hide from His sight
or reach. No one can escape by resistance, for He is all-powerful, and no one
can defy Him or stand against Him. Instead, escape is possible by accepting the
means of escape that he has provided and asks you to use. He has given you a
salvation, a great one. That is, the gospel, which teaches the path to eternal
salvation. He asks you not to neglect it but to use it for your escape.
If
you ever wish to escape God's wrath and curse due to you for sin, repent and
believe. Come to Christ; turn from your sins to God. There is no safety
otherwise; but in this way, you shall be secured. No sin of yours will ruin you
if you believe and repent; and nothing will save you if you do not.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
1. Holy Ghost, let me
pray according to Your own will, in the name of Jesus.
2. I escape God's wrath
and curse due to sin, in the name of Jesus.
3. Lord, help me to give
the more earnest heed to Your word and prayers, in the name of Jesus.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. Evil controlling
powers over me, assigned to do evil, perish, in the name of Jesus.
5. Lord, make me delight
in Your law after the inward man, in the name of Jesus.
6. Lord, deliver me from
powers bringing me into captivity to the law of sin, in the name of Jesus.
7. Blood of Jesus, avail
and prevail for me, in the name of Jesus.
