Yesterday, we established the truth that you have a divine assignment and that it is your responsibility to find itand fulfil it. We shall continue that discourse today.
The Bible also talks about Bezaleel the Son of Uri, a skilled artisan to whom God committed the work of the building of the Ark of the Covenant and His Tabernacle. God said of him, "See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: and I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, to devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship" (Exodus 31:2-5).
He was the chief artisan, supported by Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, as well as other artisans; "And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee" (Exodus 31:6-7).
God had earlier given the details of the Ark of the Covenant and the Tabernacle to Moses following the heavenly pattern. As a result, these men were working under the leadership of Moses and were divinely endowed to do the unique work to the glory of God and use of mankind.
What do we need to learn from these biblical examples? God chooses men as He pleases to do particular works, at particular times, for particular purposes. Noah didn't fail God, Bezaleel did not either. That implies that you must not fail God in your divine assignment. But firstly, you must identify it. Then God will endow you peculiarly to do an outstanding work which will manifest His glory and power. Please note, that you need obedience, humility, commitment, dedication and selfless service to achieve the ultimate divine goal.
Noah landed the Ark safely at the end of the flood. Bezaleel and others completed their assignment to divine specifications. You too shall finish well and strong if you remain focused on God and His Spirit to lead and guide you.
